Operator and scope

OfficialAnas.in is operated by Anas Ahmad, a UGC content creator and independent authorised direct seller/referral partner of the third-party Freelance Tech Academy course platform. The brand is not the provider company itself.

These terms cover information, invitations and support provided through this site and the clearly disclosed purchase route. The provider’s course/account rules apply to its platform, without overriding obligations of the merchant collecting your payment or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Free session and optional paid course

The daily 7 PM IST Zoom webinar is an approximately one-hour educational introduction and may present an optional paid-course offer. You can attend without purchasing. The applicable price and taxes are disclosed before payment. Instant account/access details after verified purchase and lifetime course access are described on the delivery page.

Examples involving earnings, clients, brand deals and referrals are educational. We do not guarantee an income, job, follower count, brand contract or commission. Any optional referral program is separate and subject to its disclosed conditions; no unverified reward is promised here.

Purchasing and payment

The seller/payment recipient must be identified before you pay. Payments can be made to Anas Ahmad through Cashfree or directly through the provider’s identified checkout/QR. Do not pay both routes for one enrollment.

Purchase and enrollment require verification of successful payment; a screenshot, pending debit or redirect alone is insufficient. The receipt must identify the actual recipient. The provider supplies the private login link and credentials at enrollment. OfficialAnas.in does not currently host a paid learner-login system.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy provides a 100% refund for a request made within 24 hours of purchase, without GST or processing deductions. It explains the payment route, request process and timing.

Account and content use

Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and use services lawfully. Course access is for the enrolled learner. Do not distribute or resell protected course material without the rights holder’s permission.

If a webinar is rescheduled, check the community for the host’s announcement. For verified-purchase access problems, contact support with the order reference. We will investigate delivery issues and arrange the applicable access or refund remedy.

These terms and the linked privacy, delivery and refund pages form the customer information for this site. Changes apply as permitted by law and do not silently remove a refund promise already applicable to a purchase. Nothing here excludes a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
