If you submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of purchasing the UGC course, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that enrollment.
No GST, processing or cancellation deduction is made from a refund under this policy.
The 24-hour cancellation option also applies if you have started accessing the course.
How to request a refund
Email helpinghandanas@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 83170 67894 within 24 hours of purchase. Include your name, registered contact details, purchase time and order/transaction reference. A brief reason helps us understand your request but does not change the 24-hour full-refund promise.
Tell us whether the payment was made to Anas Ahmad through Cashfree or directly to the course provider. We aim to acknowledge the request and start the necessary process within 3 business days. For an approved refund, allow 10–14 business days for processing and credit, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Keep your refund reference for follow-up. Course access for a refunded enrollment will be cancelled.
Who handles the payment?
Payments collected through our Cashfree account: OfficialAnas.in, operated by Anas Ahmad, handles the refund request and processing for the payment it collected.
Payments made directly to the provider: the provider processes the refund under its applicable course policy; OfficialAnas.in assists with enrollment/support coordination. Its published cancellation policy describes a 24-hour request window and eligible full refunds.
For a cancellation requested after 24 hours, this voluntary cancellation offer no longer applies. This does not remove any statutory right or remedy concerning duplicate payment, non-delivery, deficient service or another issue covered by applicable law.
