What to include
For a purchase or access query, include your name, registered contact details, purchase date, order/transaction reference and whether you paid the OfficialAnas.in merchant or the course provider directly. Briefly explain the issue.
Keep your password, OTP and full card/bank-login details private. Do not send them to support or post login credentials in a WhatsApp group.
For payments made directly to the provider, it processes its payment and refund requests. We can assist with enrollment support and direct you to its published support channels.
