Webinar registration and your information

The registration form requires your name and Indian WhatsApp number. Email is optional; provide it if you want email confirmation/reminders. City and gender are not requested in the current form. Earlier registrations may contain those fields if previously supplied. With your registration consent, live submissions are sent through Google Apps Script to a private Google Sheet controlled by Anas Ahmad. We also record the submission time, session date, consent choices/version, a random registration reference and any campaign codes supplied in the link. If the form is labelled preview, entries are not submitted or saved.

We use the information to manage your webinar registration, send a confirmation email and a pre-session email reminder, and help with session access or support. Registration permission covers webinar updates. Future course/offer messages require separate permission; this registration form does not request that permission. The hosting service may process technical request/IP data to deliver and secure the site. Meta Pixel browser measurement is enabled by default unless you previously switched it off. No first-visit popup is shown. You can switch measurement off or back on using Privacy choices in the footer; switching it off does not prevent free registration. Turning it off stops future events from this integration and removes its advertising cookies where accessible, but does not recall events already transmitted. While measurement is enabled, Meta may receive technical/browser information, page URLs, advertising cookie/click identifiers and events such as form views, confirmed registration and community-invite clicks. A community-invite click is not proof that you joined the community.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your query, provide support and handle any related purchase or refund request.

External services you choose to use

• Google: Apps Script and a private Google Sheet process live registrations. If you provide an email, confirmation and pre-session reminder messages may be sent through Google’s mail service; delivery is subject to service limits and recipient mail settings. The browser retains a non-personal registration reference/session in session storage, which is used to show the thank-you confirmation. Your contact details are not put in the next-step URL or browser storage.
• Meta ad measurement: browser Pixel events do not intentionally include the form’s name or contact fields as custom event parameters. Server-side Conversions API is currently disabled. If configured later with a separate affirmative permission, phone/email matching identifiers are SHA-256 hashed before transmission, alongside a random event ID and permitted technical/cookie identifiers. Hashing is pseudonymisation, not anonymity. Meta processes this information for measurement and advertising under its privacy information. No course Purchase event is generated from the free registration page.
• YouTube: loading an introduction or example player connects to YouTube in privacy-enhanced embed mode. Playing videos is optional.
• WhatsApp: the invitation opens WhatsApp. Joining the community is voluntary; submitting the form does not join it automatically. Visibility and message handling depend on WhatsApp and community settings.
• Zoom: the live webinar uses Zoom. Information you provide there is handled under that service’s applicable terms/privacy information.
• Course platform: the provider manages course accounts and learning access under its own privacy information.
• Cashfree / direct provider checkout: the selected payment provider processes payment information for its payment route. OfficialAnas.in’s webinar form does not collect card numbers or course passwords.

These services have their own policies. We share enrollment/order information with the course provider only as needed to arrange delivery, support or an applicable refund.

Your choices and requests

Use Privacy choices on the landing or thank-you page to allow or decline optional ad measurement. The preference is stored in your browser. You can register and join the free webinar even if you decline. Changing your preference stops future measurement by this integration; it does not erase events already received by Meta.

Contact helpinghandanas@gmail.com to request correction or deletion of your registration/support information, or to withdraw webinar/optional marketing permission. We may retain information needed to resolve your request, keep applicable transaction records or meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Webinar updates and the changing daily Zoom link are posted manually by the host in the WhatsApp community. Joining is voluntary; you may leave or mute the community through WhatsApp. After a confirmed registration, the website shows a community-first thank-you page. A separate optional support link opens Anas’s WhatsApp chat with a prefilled message. You choose whether to press Send; there is no automatic WhatsApp redirect or automatic message sending. Personal WhatsApp automation and automatic STOP handling are not enabled. Support handles consent withdrawals manually. We keep registration information only for webinar administration, consented follow-up and resolving related requests, and review it for deletion when it is no longer needed.

The lead Sheet is private; it is not shared through the public website. The registration endpoint accepts new submissions but does not expose or return lead records. We take reasonable steps to restrict access and protect registration and support information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete card/bank-login details.
